This page explains how Norwell ("Norwell," "we," "us") asks for your permission before sending you a text message, what we send once you've said yes, and how to stop it. Norwell is operated by Oskar Naworol, Szczecińska 90, 73-110 Stargard, Poland. Questions about anything here: [email protected].
Norwell answers incoming calls to its published numbers with an automated receptionist. Every caller is told at the start of the call that the call is recorded.
When you give a callback number, the receptionist asks you this, out loud, in these words:
And is it alright if we text you there too? You can reply STOP anytime.
We only send messages to callers who answer yes. If you say no, or you'd rather not, nothing is sent and we do not ask you again.
Your answer is kept in the call recording and transcript, so there is always a record of what you agreed to and when.
If you decline messages and later schedule a call with us, we ask once whether you'd prefer your confirmation by text or by email. Choosing text applies to appointment messages only, and the question isn't repeated.
You call our published number. Messages reach you from the toll-free number that handles that line, so the number texting you may not be the one you dialled. These are all of them:
If you get a message from one of these numbers and you're not sure why, email us and we'll tell you exactly which call it came from.
If you call our main line and agree to messages, you may receive a short message confirming we have your details and that Oskar will call you back. If you schedule a call, you also receive a confirmation and up to two reminders before it.
If you call our demonstration line and agree to messages, you receive one message showing the call summary a business owner using Norwell would have received from your call. That message is the demonstration you rang to see.
The demonstration line answers as Desert Air Conditioning, an example heating and air conditioning business, so you can hear what the service sounds like on a real company's phone. It isn't a real company, and no one is ever charged or dispatched.
Every message identifies Norwell by name and tells you how to stop.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
Reply STOP to any message from us and we stop, immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for help.
You can also email [email protected] and ask to be removed. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't ask for one.
If you later want messages again, reply START to the same number.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies and depends on what you asked us for — most people receive one message, or three if they book a call.
Your number is used to reply to you and nothing else. How we store and protect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Norwell is a sole trader established in Poland. This page is written in plain English on purpose — if any part of it is unclear, email us and we'll explain it rather than pointing you at a clause.
