These Terms govern your use of norwellhq.com (the "Site"), operated by Norwell — Oskar Naworol, Szczecińska 90, 73-110 Stargard, Poland. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Norwell provides an AI phone-answering and appointment-booking service for home-service businesses. The Site describes that service and lets you contact us or request a demo.
Nothing on the Site is a binding offer of service. Pricing, features and availability shown here are indicative and may change. The specific terms of any engagement — what we deliver, what it costs, and what happens if either of us wants to stop — are agreed separately in writing before any work begins.
Our demo number connects you to a live AI assistant answering for a fictional company. It exists so you can hear the technology for yourself before speaking to us.
Calls to the demo line may be recorded and transcribed, and you'll be told so at the start of the call. Please don't share confidential information with it. The demo illustrates the technology and is not a representation of the exact configuration you would receive.
Our assistant is automated. It's built to be accurate and to say when it doesn't know something rather than guess — but like any software it can misunderstand, mishear, or make mistakes.
Information given by the AI on the demo line is for illustration only, is not professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied on. Always confirm anything important with a person.
You agree to use the Site lawfully. Please don't interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content. Please don't use our phone lines to send automated, abusive, or unsolicited traffic.
We may suspend or refuse access to the Site or our demo line if it's being misused. We'd much rather not.
When you contact us through the chat widget, by phone, or by text, you agree that we may reply through the same channel. If you give us a phone number, standard message and data rates may apply.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we do with your information.
The Site and everything in it — the text, the name and logo, the design, and the underlying code — belong to Norwell. You may view and share it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, arising from your use of the Site or the demo line.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and liability towards consumers under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
If your misuse of the Site or our phone lines — in breach of these Terms or of the law — causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result. This doesn't apply to consumers acting outside their trade or profession.
The Site may link to services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.
These Terms apply to use of the Site only and are governed by the laws of Poland. Any services Norwell provides are covered by a separate written agreement with its own governing law and dispute terms.
If you're a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is applied to the fullest extent the law allows. If we don't enforce a provision straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Written in plain English deliberately. If something here reads as unfair or unclear, email us — we'd rather fix the wording than argue about it later.
